Just a quick tip for you home owners. Be sure to check the rubber seals on the vent flanges on your roofs. The rubber seals get brittle and crack and let water leak into your attic. By the time the water shows up on your ceiling you could have more damage in the attic. When the insulation gets wet, it can cause mold to start growing on the back side of your sheetrock long before it is noticeable on the front side.
