The Mid Missouri Home and Lifestyle Expo will be at the Central Missouri Events Center at the Boone county Fairgrounds this year and will be held on April 19-21. Recently we went to the International Builders Show in Las Vegas. We went to see new products and learn about new options for the building and remodeling industry. Our favorite find was a company by the name of Windsor Vineyards of Healdsburg CA.

www.windsorvineyards.com They do custom labeling of wine bottles. It did not take them long to convince us that this was a great idea for a gift to give to our clients. We loved the idea. A customized gift for our clients to say how much we appreciate their business. We love the way the labels look and can't wait to start handing them out upon completion of our next projects. I love showing off our completed projects and it makes me feel great when I open Columbia Home and see pictures of one of ours in it.

We will be out of the office the week of Jan 21st thru the 25th attending the International Builders Show in Las Vegas. It is very important to attend show like this to stay on top of new products, tools and techniques for the building and remodeling industries. Now days with so many people are watching home improvement shows seeing products that are not in stores here. We are very saddened to hear about the heinous event in Connecticut. Our hearts go out to the families. It is unimaginable how someone could do this to children. As a parent myself I could not even start to imagine what the parents or any  family member must be going through right now.

I just want to take a moment to wish everyone a very happy and safe holiday season. I would also like to say "Thank You" to everyone who helped make 2012 another great year for us. I think 2013 is shaping up to be a pretty good year as well. We already have several jobs lined up and are working on several more.
